In the Annapolis Valley we owned the Delft Haus Bed and Breakfast for many years. There Lesley, my wife, created the most amazing breakfasts that thrilled all our guests. Breakfast Tray is my attempt at understanding her complex Victorian place settings using child like figures to unravel her superior level of composition in real time that has somehow left me far behind. Once I completed this work I fell less inadequate.
