Lloyd's Landing, 25 x 38, Mixed Media on Canvas

| A few Kilometers up the Aspotogon peninsula sits Lloyd's Landing, a rugged shoreline dotted with tiny inlets and coves. Here on a glorious fall day I patiently waited for the sun to carve its magic among the rocks and tress of this harbour. In this work we have everything Nova Scotia is, dramatic skies, rugged rocky shores, glorious trees and an ocean scene out of a fantasy; nonetheless real as this is exactly how it looked as I captured the moment for ever. |
